Selection is not a first come, first served basis

Please have the following items ready before applying:

  • Last 2 addresses and Landlord Contact Information
  • Employer and Previous Employer: Name, Contact, Start Date, Salary
  • Dependant Information
  • Emergency Contact Information

Have the following documents ready to UPLOAD when applying:

  • I.D. (driver’s license, I.d. card, passport, etc.)
  • 2 months of Paystubs or Income Verification
  • Pet Pictures (if applicable)

Income Requirement: 3 times monthly rent

Credit Requirement: 

Credit Score Deposit Plus Rent Increase
635 and above Single Deposit
600-635 1.25 x’s Deposit
550-599 1.5 x’s Deposit $75 rent increase
500-549 2 x’s Deposit $100 rent increase
499 and below 3 x’s Deposit $150 rent increase
